A disgruntled local motorist has sent in a complaint about the number of cars taking up multiple spaces around the town.

The Talk of the Town follower sent us the following mail: “At the weekend I was going to the Kingfisher in Park Street with my wife and kids so I decided to park at the back of the restaurant in the car park located just off the Ramparts. I could barely get a space though and had to eventually park close to Cuchulainn Credit Union because of the amount of cars taking up multiple spaces.

“This is quite selfish in my opinion and this practice should be highlighted in my opinion because it is that common.”

Does Dundalk have a problem in this regard?
