Two retail units on the Castletown Road in Dundalk have gone on the market with local estate agents Sherry FitzGerald Carroll for €90,000.
The two single storey units at 63 and 64 Castletown Road were most recently trading as J&S Stores and Shamrock Baits, the latter of which is still open.

Dave Kearney underwent surgery on the anterior cruciate knee ligament injury he sustained earlier this month in Leinster’s RaboDirect Pro 12 play-off victory over Ulster.
The Willville native took to social media to declare the operation a success and wished the province well in their Pro 12 final against Glasgow this evening (kick-off 6.15pm).
He said: “Thanks for all the support throughout the year. Operation a success. On the mend! Best of luck to the boys today, hope we finish the season on a high!!”
His older brother Rob will make his 150th appearance for the province at full back on the day.
The Glenmore Challenge, a 10 mile race and 5k walk which takes in the fantastic scenery of the Glenmore valley and the Cooley Peninsula, will take place on Saturday June 14th at 11am.
The race, which is AAI permitted, is hosted by Glenmore AC and will be open to all those aged 16 and older. All finishers, including walkers, will receive a specially commissioned wooden medal afterwards.
Entry for early birds is €20 until tomorrow while after June 1st entry is €25. For walkers, who are non-chipped, entry is €10.
You can register here or in the Marshes Shopping Centre today (Saturday) from 12.30pm until 4pm. There will be refreshments and live music after the race on June 14th.

The Geraldines GFC will have a night to remember tonight when they host their Strictly Come Dancing night in the Fairways Hotel.
The sold out event is a fundraiser for the club and is also being run in conjunction with the three local national schools – St Fursey’s NS, St Francis NS and Oliver Plunkett NS.
Voice of Ireland winner Brendan McCahey will be a celebrity judge on the night and will also provide entertainment at the interval.

An event marking 25 years of Polish freedom will take place today (Saturday) at the Creative Spark headquarters in Muirhevnamor.
The Children of Freedom Festival gets underway at 12 noon and all are welcome to attend.
Then on Tuesday in the County Library in Roden Place a debate about freedom will take place at 6.30pm.
The week of events will then conclude on Saturday next, June 7th, with an event titled ‘Garden of Freedom’, again in Creative Spark.

Dundalk Schoolboys’ League have been paired with Watford, Global Premier Soccer and neighbours Co Down in this year’s Dale Farm Milk Cup in Coleraine.
The draw for the competition was made earlier this week in Belfast by former Manchester Utd and Aston Villa star Dion Dublin.
The games will take place from Monday July 28th to Wednesday July 30th with the semi-finals and finals taking place between Thursday July 31st and Friday August 1st depending on how far the team goes.
