The ice bucket challenge will take on a new twist this Sunday when it visits 12 pubs on Park Street.
‘The 12 pubs of Park Street ice bucket challenge’ gets underway from The Fane at 6pm, with all invited to attend.
All proceeds raised will go towards the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Following on from his brother Rob’s ice bucket challenge last week, Dave Kearney stepped up to the plate over the weekend with his own comical version of the latest craze to sweep the internet.
In the clip, the Leinster and Ireland winger pretends to chicken out of the challenge before getting absolutely drenched by a digger.
Meanwhile, Dundalk manager Stephen Kenny also got in on the act yesterday after being drenched by first team players John Mountney, Simon Kelly, Brian Gartland, Pat Hoban and coach Graham Byrne – who he nominated. Check out the clip here.

Ireland and Leinster rugby star Rob Kearney has become the latest celebrity/sports star to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge.
Prior to being drenched by two of his Leinster colleagues, the Willville man nominated TV presenters Laura Whitmore and Pat Kenny to join him in the challenge.
