Fair play to Anna Daly who yesterday spotted a sign with a sense of humour in Carlingford.
The new sign is posted on Ghan Road, the location of the Leprechaun and Fairy Underground Cavern in the village.
Unfortunately, dogs have been a problem there of late with their droppings not being cleaned up by owners and it appears that Leprechauns in the area have had enough.
The sign reads: “If you have a dog please don’t let him foul in this area. Leprechauns live close by and hate getting dog shit on their dancing shoes.”
