Inniskeen claimed the Louth Senior Camogie league title with a 1-7 to 0-7 victory over St Anne’s in Knockbridge recently.
The sides went off level at the break at 0-4 apiece with Inniskeen denied time and time again by St Anne’s goalkeeper Leanne Sharkey, who was in fine form.
Siobhan Dawdry briefly fired the Togher side in front on the restart but two Sharon McGahon points put Inniskeen back in the driving seat before a hit-and-hope sideline cut from Julieanne Finnegan landed in the St Anne’s net to effectively decide the game.
