Custer’s Bar and Cookhouse in Bridge Street will be sold under the hammer at the Allsop Space auction in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel next month.
The public house at 80 Bridge Street, will be sold along with the second floor of 81 Bridge Street for a reserve not to exceed €145,000.
Located on the first floor are kitchen and offices, with two bedroom living accommodation at the second floor level and a large yard area to the rear.
Also going under the hammer at the same auction is the nearby mid-terrace premises at 5 Bridge Street, which used to house Emerald Displays.
With a reserve of €35,000, it comes with a first floor two bedroom flat and a small yard to the rear.
Three local houses will also be sold for reserves of €15,000 each.
They include 413 Beechmount Drive, 37 Doolargy Avenue and 43 Drive 2 in Muirhevnamor. All of those properties are three beds.
