The North Louth Hospice Shop on the Ramparts Road
A series of local musicians will be performing in the Lisdoo this evening in an event to raise funds for the North Louth Hospice.
Amongst those set to take the stage are James Humston, Stewart Agnew, Saoirse Kavanagh, Bobby McCarthy and Tony O’Kane.
Admission is €10 payable at the door.
Riva Brasserie in Earl Street have announced an evening of dining and live music with Saoirse Kavanagh and Stewart Agnew on Friday November 22nd.
The music will run from 8pm to 10pm, with reservations available by calling 042-9354578.
Local musician Stewart Agnew is hosting an evening of music in the Spirit Store tomorrow night (Thursday).
The singer/songwriter will be playing a free gig downstairs at the George’s Quay venue and is inviting any musicians who wish to come along and play with him to join him on the night.
He will be joined on the night by Drogheda’s Saoirse Kavanagh, who dueted him with him a number of times recently. They performed a stirring version of “Beneath Your Beautiful” by Labyrinth and Emeli Sande in the Spirit Store earlier this year (above( and followed it up with a cover of the Goo Goo Dolls hit “Iris” at a gig in Dublin last week (below).
The proceedings get underway from 9 and there will be free pizza served on the night.

Local singer/songwriter Stewart Agnew played his first headline show in the revamped Spirit Store earlier this month and sang a mesmerising duet of the Labrinth/Emeli Sande hit ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’ with Drogheda girl Saoirse Kavanagh. Check it out here.
