RTÉ’s North East correspondent Richard Dowling has shared the following picture on Twitter of the new RTÉ studio in Dundalk IT.
The station moved last month from their old home on the Ramparts Road to a new studio in the local IT as part of a cost-saving measure by the State broadcaster.

RTÉ’s North East correspondent Richard Dowling has shared the photograph below of things being packed up at the State broadcaster’s studio on the Ramparts Road in Dundalk ahead of their forthcoming move to Dundalk IT.
The local studio is relocating to the college as part of cost saving measures by RTÉ.
The move means, however, that that area of the Ramparts has taken a further hit following the closure of the Vodafone call centre at Christmas.
