The long wait for Garth Brooks tickets paid off this morning for those who had camped outside News & Deli in Park Street for the last two days.

Nicola Elder and Trish Conroy, who were first in the queue in Dundalk, emerged with their tickets for the country superstar’s Croke Park concerts shortly after 9am.

While many more bought their tickets in store or online, there will inevitably be a few disappointed with problems reported on ticketmaster.ie by some people.

For those who have their tickets, Sevens – who provided complimentary shelter to those waiting outside News & Deli last night – have announced they are running a bus to the concerts on July 25th, 26th and 27th, priced €12 return. People can book via sevens.ie or email info@sevens.ie
