Dundalk’s Paul Broadhurst is a national champion again after winning his fight at the finals of the National Intermediate Championships at the National Stadium last night.
Paul, who was an Irish champion twice before, claimed the light-middleweight belt after beating eight-time Irish champion Kieran Forde.
Well done to the Dealgan boxer on his latest success, which caps a fantastic year for the Broadhurst family.
