Permission granted to complete Coulter Place

MW Developments Ltd have been granted conditional planning permission by Louth County Councilfor the completion of the Coulter Place estate on the Armagh Road.

The company had applied to the council in September for an extension of the planning permission previously granted to them in 2010. They are looking to retain and complete 22 two storey homes in the estate, while they have also applied for planning permission to construct 84 new units, made up of one, two and three bed houses and apartments.
