The Mint Run Dundalk 10k race takes place this afternoon from 4pm. While a new route is in operation this year, the event will still start and finish in the Market Square.
Please support all those participating today as the event is also being held in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
The Dundalk 10km road race will be taking place on Sunday May 12th.
This year’s race will have a slightly different route, taking in the by-pass and St Helena’s Park, with a run through of the total course available in the video below.
Those who register before midnight tomorrow (Tuesday April 30th) can do so for an early bird rate of €20, with registrations after that costing €25.
There will be no half marathon this year, as there has been in previous years.
The race – which is being sponsored by Mint in Earl Street – will get underway on the day from 4pm with the start and finish line in Market Square.
