Prime Ravensdale site with OPP for 12 houses goes on the market

Local estate agent Tiernan Mallon of Mallon Property has announced the sale of prime development land in Ravensdale with outline planning permission for 12 detached houses.

The site at Ravensdale measures c.8.96 acres and is for sale with an asking price of €250,000, which is ”priced to encourage an immediate sale.”

The site is located in the heart of Ravensdale village, adjacent to the local national school and St Mary’s Church.

The old coal yard at the Quay
