New health shop The Academy by Karen Daly opens in Dundalk

A new health shop has opened its doors in Dundalk recently.

The Academy by Karen Daly focuses on weight loss and cookery classes so you know what to eat, how to cook to meet your goals.

Located at 3 Jocelyn Mall on Jocelyn Street, opposite The Home Bakery, The Academy opens every Tuesday at 10am or 7.30pm with classes 30 minutes each week (an hour for the first one).

It is €25 to join and then €10 per week.

Did you know that Dundalk has a new place to eat?

The Kebab and Indian Curry Joint opened a week ago today at 2 Jocelyn Mall, Jocelyn Street – the former home of Zam Zam’s.

The new take-away offers a wide range of kebabs, curries, burgers, chips and more, with regular deals to offer you the best bang for your buck.

The Kebab and Indian Curry Joint is open from 5pm to midnight Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 1am from Friday to Sunday.

There is free delivery to anywhere in town, with a €2 surcharge to Blackrock.
