Farrelly’s Bar in Bridge Street
The former Farrelly’s Bar premises in Bridge Street is close to being sold after going sale agreed last week.
The public house at 84 Bridge Street, which has been closed for some time, went on the market last October with Michael Lavelle Estate Agents, who are located next door.
It is understood that a deal is now close to being finalised for the premises, which had an asking price of €100,000.
As well as being a 7 day licensed premises, the three-storey building also comes with accommodation overhead.
