Stephenstown Pond in Knockbridge, St Paul’s Church in Blackrock and Clarke Station in Dundalk are some of the areas featured on the virtual tours
Three local men have got together to put together virtual tours of some well known places in Co Louth.
The tours are a combination of 360 degree photography from David Norton, voiceovers from Harry Lee and web technologies from Jason McGee of the Blackrock-based JasCom Consulting Ltd.
According to Jason: “We are developing the services further to give a truly interactive guided tour experience. We have also considered running a ‘virtual day trip’ where we would bring an audience on a virtual tour of some well know places in Louth on a big screen.”
