Dundalk Stadium and Dundalk FC team up to offer ‘Two Great Nights Out’

DundalkCrest2010Dundalk Stadium and Dundalk FC are teaming up this weekend to offer fans of the club ‘Two Great Nights Out’.

Dundalk Stadium are sponsoring this Friday night’s Dundalk v St Patrick’s Athletic game at Oriel Park with everyone who attends the game set to receive a free ticket to the greyhound racing at the stadium the next day.

Dundalk Stadium’s sales and marketing manager Emma Meehan is hopeful that supporters will take advantage of the option of two great sporting nights out back-to-back.

“Our sponsorship of the Dundalk v St Pat’s match is our way of supporting our local team, who in tandem support the stadium annually with a fundraising event. We are extending the free tickets to come racing on Saturday 14th June and we hope that the Dundalk fans will join us for a great evening’s greyhound racing,” she said.

Her comments were echoed by Dundalk FC Commercial Manager Greg Molloy.

He said: “Dundalk Stadium hosted our hugely successful fundraising night back in May, and this sponsorship of the St Patrick’s Athletic match on June 13th is a continuation of our great relationship with the Stadium over many years, the offer of free entry for the Saturday night’s greyhound meeting is a fantastic opportunity for our supporters and especially those who have yet to visit Dundalk Stadium to see what a spectacular venue it really is for a great night out.”
