Riva in Earl Street are launching their new Riva Gourmet Outside menu today.
As well as offering corporate catering solutions, canape parties and a BBQ chef for outdoor cooking during the summer months, there is also a new take away menu with the option to call orders in for collection.
As well as fresh juices and breakfast on the go, the new menu also offers a range of mains, gourmet sandwiches and sweet treats all at reasonable rates.

The Big Top Carlingford will be hosting a Last Of The Summer Wine event this Saturday, featuring a stock clearance party and BBQ.
The Beached Whales and The School of Fish will be performing on the night at the Carlingford Marina venue, followed by DJ sets from Barry Hoey and Evil Presidentes.
Complimentary buses will be running to and from the event, collecting at St Patrick’s Cathedral in Dundalk at 9pm and returning from the marina at 2.30am.
All stock of beer, cider, wine and spirits have to go on the night with admission €10 on the door.
This will be the last event at the venue this year.
Local American football team the Dundalk Mavericks will host a 4th of July party this evening in Kehoe’s Bar in Quay Street.
The event gets underway at 8pm and will feature a BBQ, a raffle, a World Cup buster and a DJ playing all your favourite American music.
Drinks promotions will be in place on the night and all are welcome to attend.
Stephenstown Pond in Knockbridge will host an American-themed 4th of July family fun day today from 2pm to 5pm.
The event will feature a BBQ, as well as family fun and games. Amongst the activities on the day will be nail art, temporary tattoos, face painting and a selection of stalls. There will also be live country music.

Dundalk Dog Rescue will hold their annual sponsored walk this Sunday at 4pm in The Spirit Store.
The walk is approximately 5km and starts and end at the George’s Quay venue – travelling out the bypass before cutting up the Racecourse Road past the bingo hall and onto the Newry Road before heading back towards Dundalk past the Lisdoo and in the Fairgreen Road past Bellew Park. It will then proceed up Castle Road before turning left onto Mill Street and from there back on to the Quay Street and back to the Spirit Store.

Jimmy’s Bar in Park Street is three years open this weekend and to mark the occasion they are having a party.
On Saturday, they will be showing the Champion’s League final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid followed by music from Simon O’Driscoll at 9.30pm and DJ Baz from 11pm.
Then on Sunday from 4.30pm I’m A Rocker with Francis Higgins will be performing while there will also be a free BBQ from 4-6pm.

The store will be run by Andrew and Joanne Brodigan, who have been associated with the store for a number of years.
