Bay United Football club will mark their 40th anniversary with an open fun day and dinner dance on Saturday May 24th.
The club was founded in April 1974 by Breffni Rowan and the late Brian Mulholland and Frank Quinn, with hundreds having played for the team over the years. To mark the occasion they have a fun-filled event lined up, including an open fun day from 12 noon to 3pm, including plenty of events for both adults and children.
There will then be a dinner dance and presentation night that evening at 7.30pm in the Lisdoo Arms.
Club memorabilia will be on display on the night while there will also be presentations for the club’s best ever 11, its best player ever and its best manager.
You can nominate players for a best 11 here.
