The Bellingham Green apartment block in Castlebellingham is close to being sold to an investor.
The block, which consists of six two bed apartments, has gone sale agreed in recent days with East Coast Real Estate.
All the apartments are fully fitted out and include car parking to the rear and side of the block. Rental return is in excess of €36,00 per annum.
The block had been on the market since the summer of 2013 for an undisclosed sum.

A new apartment block of 36 units is being planned for the Ardee Road in Dundalk.
Ardmore Enterprises Limited have applied to Louth County Council for planning permission to construction a three and four floor apartment building at Brookville.
The apartment building would include 36 units with associated circulation spaces and private balconies, associated car parking, a new vehicular entrance and all associated site development works.
Louth County Council is due to make a decision on the matter on October 20th.
